Directions from Radyr Village

With the shops on your left hand side turn left into Station Road (Spar shop on corner)Continue on Station Rd past shops and down the hill to the junction.

Turn left into the Radyr Train Station car park (Park & Ride).

Radyr Workshops is the large building situated in the car park.

Directions from M4 motorway

Follow the M4 motorway signposted for Cardiff

Leave the M4 at junction 32 (signposted Cardiff (N), Merthyr Tydfil), then at roundabout take the 5th exit, then merge onto the A470 (signposted Merthyr Tydfil)

Immediately take the 1st exit (signposted Tongwynlais, Radyr), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B4262

At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ty-Nant Road - B4262

Continue forward onto Ty-Nant Road - B4262 for approximately 1 mile entering Radyr village.

With the shops on your left hand side turn left into Station Road

Continue on Station Rd past shops and down the hill to the junction.

Turn left into the Radyr Train Station car park (Park & Ride).

Radyr Workshops is the large building situated in the car park.

From Cardiff City Centre

Start out from front of Cardiff Castle on Castle Street and go west towards Canton area of Cardiff

Go past junction for Westgate Street and Millennium Stadium. Straight ahead on Cowbridge Road East and cross Cardiff Bridge (River Taff)

At junction with A4119 ("Westgate Inn pub” on left). At traffic signals turn right onto A4119 Cathedral Road (signposted Llantrisant)

Stay on Cathedral Rd for approx 1 mile where road bends to the left at ‘The Halfway Pub’ follow on past Pontcanna / Llandaff playing fields on right

At traffic lights turn right signposted Llandaff / Llantrisant.

Go straight ahead through the Junction A48/Western Avenue. Go past Llandaff village shops on right and at mini-roundabout bear left A4119 and proceed past the BBC TV studio on right.

At mini-roundabout take 2nd exit straight ahead

At next roundabout take the 2nd exit straight ahead onto Llantrisant Road - A4119

At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Heol Isaf - B4262

Continue forward onto Heol Isaf entering Radyr.

Turn right at the shops onto Station Road.

Continue on Station Rd past shops and down the hill to the junction.

Turn left into the Radyr Train Station car park (Park & Ride).

Radyr Workshops is the large building situated in the car park.

By Train

We are actually located in the grounds of Radyr Train Station car park so train travel is easy. Just purchase a ticket for Radyr Station which is just 2 stops from Cardiff Central Train Station. Please follow the link for more train information.

Cardiff Bus services operate several buses to Radyr. The closest bus stop would be on Heol Isaf just by the shops in Radyr Village then its a short walk past the shops on Station Road, down the hill and into the Train Station car park.
