All M.O.T.'s & Services require booking in advance
Cancellations must be notified at leasst 48 hours in advance
Cancellations made after this will not be refundable
In the event of a vehicle failing M.O.T. a FREE re-test is available within 10 days providing any remedial works are undertaken by us
Vehicles taken elsewhere for remedial works can be re-tested within 10 days of failure at the cost of £24.95
Collection & delivery in the event of a return for re-test may incurr a nominal charge
Mini valets are carried out when the vehicle has passed an MOT. In the event that the vehicle fails MOT it will receive its mini-valet when returned for re-test
Collection & Delivery is available in a 10 mile radius for cars & car derived vans only. Large vans & Motorhomes cannot be collected or delivered.
Collection & Delivery may incurr a nominal fee (typically £5.00) you will be informed of this when booking and payment can made directly with ourselves.
In the event of an M.O.T. failure you will be contacted prior to any work being undertaken. We will always quote you a price and await your authorisation.
In the event that your vehicle fails on a minor item e.g. indicator bulb, wiper blades, washer fluid or headlamp adjustment etc. If we cannot contact you we may carry out the necessary works providing they come to ess than £30.00 inc VAT in the interest of getting your vehicle M.O.T.'d same day. If you do not wish for us to do any minor rectifications please notify us at time of booking.
It is essential that where possible we have at leasst 2 contact telephone numbers for you (at least 1 landline number) to enable us to be able to contact you immediately. In the event that only a mobile number is available please ensure that it will be switched on.
In the event that a vehicle is in a dangerous, non-roadworthy or illegal condition we reserve the right not to collect and/or deliver the vehicle.
In the event that a vehicle fails M.O.T. on a dangerous item which is not rectified we will be unable to deliver it back to you.
Vehicles which do not have road tax can be collected and returned providing they have been booked in for a scheduled M.O.T. test.
Air- Con servicing excludes the cost of replacement pollen filter(s) if required. Air-con de-odourising is also available at an additional charge.
Dye injection is only used in the case of a suspected leak. If you suspect your air-con system may have a leak please inform us at time of booking to enable us to add it free of charge during the service.
Collections of vehicles are typically between 9am - 11am and delivered back between 4pm - 6pm. We will endeavour to inform you on the day of approximate collection & delivery times but please be aware that this is subject to vehicles being completed on time and also can be affected by traffic conditions and weather.
In the event of snowfall or adverse weather conditions we may be unable to collect & deliver vehicles.
Payments can be made via card over the phone but please be aware that credit cards will incurr a 2% surcharge.
